A graduate of The University of Toronto and Sheridan College, Hannah has spent many years in customer care and administrative positions both in North America and the UK.
Having joined the Concept team at the beginning of 2026, Hannah has taken on a front-facing role in reception, and patient services. With a passion for care and advocacy, she enjoys helping to create a welcoming and supportive experience for all our patients, eager to meet them at the beginning of their journey, and assist them as best she can along the way.
