I joined the company in 2022 as a Receptionist and have since progressed into the role of Patient Finance Officer. Throughout my time here, I have developed a real passion for supporting both our patients and my colleagues, and I truly value being part of such a caring and dedicated team.
I particularly enjoy helping patients feel reassured and informed by providing clear communication around finance and treatment costs. I understand that discussing financial matters can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I always aim to explain everything thoroughly, answer any questions, and ensure patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey with us.
Alongside my role, I am currently completing my AAT Level 2 qualification, with plans to continue on to Levels 3 and 4 as I further develop my career in finance.
