Dr. Elisabetta Iammarrone graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1994, and specialised in Gynaecology and Obstetrics in 1999, at the Gabriele D′Annunzio University of Chieti, spending the final year of her specialisation as a Research Fellow at the Assisted Reproduction Centre of St. Bartholomew′s Hospital in London. She remained in London until 2009, where she worked as a Senior Fertility Specialist at the Bridge Assisted Reproduction Centre. In 2009 she moved back to Italy to become the Medical Director at the Reproductive Medicine Centre of the European Hospital in Rome and also build up her Italian private practice. Dr Iammarone now maintains her private practices in Rome and Pescara and performs Assisted Reproduction treatments at the Villa Margherita Fertility Clinic in Rome. On the subject, she has written numerous articles in national and international journals.
Until 2021 Dr Iammarrone continued to see her British patients here at Concept Fertility. Between 2021 and 2024, Elisabetta worked as a Consultant at Apricity, a Virtual Fertility Centre in England. From January 2025 Dr Iammarrone has rejoined Concept Fertility, mainly working remotely from Rome whilst benefiting from working with our full fertility team.
