We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Concept Fertility. After years struggling with fertility, we got in touch with Concept and every single person we dealt with was incredible. It is a really well run clinic and we always felt looked after. The app they use to update you throughout the process is easy to use and each department are easy to deal with. We owe Onur, our consultant, and the whole Concept team everything for making our dream of becoming parents come true.

Overall really positive

My partner and I are a same sex couple. This was our second time successfully going through IVF, first time with this clinic. Overall – really positive experience. All the staff were kind and considerate. I would call out Doctor Onur in particular, who always seemed genuinely keen for IVF to work for us. I feel like he and the clinic must have made the right calls for us – as my initial blood work wasn’t good and I was expecting only to be able to donate a small number of eggs. As it was, we had 4 viable blastocysts at the end of the cycle. Because it’s quite a small clinic, we also saw the same members of staff regularly, which added to the supported feeling. The doctor did all consultations and also did the procedures. We were successful in conceiving first time and our baby is now 8 weeks old. I would recommend this clinic. The only slight downside is the slightly cumbersome online portal for exchanging messages with the clinic, which often requires you to actually call instead.
